Lights flash, then lights go out. Does not work. Electrical problem Builder says he will replace. Whirlpool offered to come fix it, but waiting for builder to do his thing. Whirlpool was very friendly and helpful.

Two things you should know about this dishwasher. 1. It will clean your dishes. 2. Quite as a church mouse

I have had a service tech to my house twice for this BRAND NEW dishwasher. It doesn't dry your dishes. I let them sit all night long and when I get up in the morning they are still soaked. Supposedly it's working correctly according to a tech who has never even looked at it, just speaks to the guy who comes to the house. He says that's how it's supposed to work. This machine is a piece of junk. Again, this was what was in my brand new house, it was not something I chose for myself. Whirlpool does not stand behind their products, you get what you get and they make up rules without looking at the product. I have spoken to at least 5 neighbors who have had the same issue with theirs and they are given the same terrible answers I have been given. Ridiculous!!!
